      Back glass in the lift gate rattles loudly, literally moving up and down. It has been in shop 4 times, they hear it and see it, but can't figure out how to fix it. Had to file a claim with GMC. Very disappointed. Most of trim on inside is cheap plastic and poorly assembled. The ride is as good as the previous model. Turns and handles like a car, not a truck.…

      Vehicle had a defect from the factory. Every time it rained water would run down the inside of the dash and into the floor. The water covered the wiring and passenger side fuse panel. After three attempts at my local service center the leak was stopped. Now the vehicle is having electrical issues. The yukon has been at the shop a total of 70 days. GM’s solution to the problem was to send a field service engineer to work on it for another 15days. I have been a diehard GM customer since I was 14 years old. To say the least, this is very disappointing. Obviously, this isn’t the case with all GM vehicles. I just wish GM would make it right!…

      Let’s be real here, all SUVs are pricey these days, even cheaper know cars like Kia’s. Then it gets more expensive with full-size SUVs, and desirable ones like the GM brand. My Yukon wasn’t cheap by any means, but I knew that going in. It is huge, comfortable, and has all the features that I could need and want.
